The Spot tourist resort was developed with the support of the European Union under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NextGenerationEU).
Project goal
By investing in a diverse, high-value offer and in environmentally friendly processes and the digitalisation of the business, the project aims to increase productivity, achieve better positioning on the tourism market, and develop a sustainable, year-round operation of the THE SPOT tourist resort.
Expected results
- —8 new jobs created
- —Energy saving relative to NZEB: 81%
- —Additional renewable-energy capacity: 50 kW
- —CO₂ emissions reduced by 11.47 t/year
- —Share of energy from renewable sources: 64.25%
- —Occupancy of tourist capacity: 67%
- —Year-round operation: 12 months
- —Introduction of digital products, services and applications
- —Staff competence development: digital and green skills
- —Minimum 3-star categorisation of the resort
